Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed with Shopnex Ventures (NutPacks).

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and sealed in its original packaging.

  • A mandatory unboxing video of the product is required as proof.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping charges.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Since NutPacks products are food items (nuts, seeds, and dried fruits), returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Products without an unboxing video

  • Opened or consumed food products

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if:

  • The product is damaged, or

  • The product is not up to quality standards.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel orders before dispatch only.
Cancellation requests can be sent via Email or WhatsApp.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, bank, etc.).

Refunds are completed within 7 business days after approval.

If more than 7 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@nutpacks.in.
