1. What products does NutPacks offer?
We offer a premium range of dry fruits and nuts, including Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, Walnuts, Raisins, Apricots, and more.
2. Where does NutPacks deliver?
We currently deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2 business days and typically delivered within 5 business days after dispatch.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available at no extra charge.
5. How can I pay for my order?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and COD via CashFree secure payment gateway.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
7. What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 3 days of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video. A ₹100 restocking fee applies, and return shipping is paid by the customer.
8. Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are allowed only if the product is damaged or not up to quality standards.
9. How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, bank, etc.) within 14 working days after the returned product is received and approved.
